As Senior Vice President with Colliers International, a leading global commercial real estate company with a presence in more than 60 countries and upward of 16,300 employees, Laura has more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate within the Greater Seattle Area, specializing in institutional Landlord Agency Leasing in downtown Seattle.

Before joining Colliers, Laura served as Managing Director at JLL, overseeing the landlord agency for the Seattle Region. Prior to that, she acted as in-house office landlord representative in charge of the Benaroya Company’s Class A downtown Seattle portfolio.

Laura’s expertise as a real estate syndicator and owner of commercial real estate has provided her with unique insight, particularly benefitting her landlord clients.

Laura has marketed for lease space in some of the largest buildings in the region, including 1201 Third, 999 Third and Century Square. She has worked on a number of high-profile lease transactions, including representing the owners of the 1800 Ninth Tower with Amazon and the own¬ers of 2601 Elliott, where she helped negotiate a 300,000 square foot lease with Zulily, among others.

The depth of Laura’s experience and her successful landlord leasing track record demonstrate her strong ability to strategically position and market assets effectively. To date, her many career accomplishments have not gone unnoticed.

Considered an industry expert by her peers, Laura was named CoStar Power Broker in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Also in 2013, she was recognized by Bisnow Power 60 for the most influential figures in the CRE industry in Seattle; was named a finalist for NAIOP’s office broker of the year award; and honored with JLL’s Make It Rain Award for being a top producer.

Laura’s accomplishments, however, extend beyond her work place. Not only has she helped develop the professional careers of many brokers, she is an active leader in the community having served as a board member for the Bellevue Botanical Gardens and ASB, a reading tutor and on the NAIOP membership Committee.
